All senior staff teachers have at least 2 years of experience. They are certified in early childhood education and have first aid and CPR certificates. After probation period staff members are offered employment contracts for up to 3 years. In exchange for their commitment, Kid's Town pays a percentage of up to 75% of all their education classes, giving our staff the opportunity to pursue Degrees or CDA's in early childhood education.
