How to Get Started

  3. Turn in all paper work and start school
 
Application Fee
There is a one time application fee of $55.00 per child ($80.00 per family), required at the time you submit your child's (children's) application for enrollment. This fee is non-refundable.
Tuition Deposit
A deposit equal to one week of your child's tuition is required to enroll in the center. This amount will be applied to your child's last week's tuition payment. Failure to submit a written notice two weeks prior to withdrawal will result in forfeiture of your one-week deposit. ILC reserves the right to apply any portion of the Tuition Deposit to unpaid fees.
Tuition
Tuition is due every Monday by 6:30 p.m. The following fees will apply for any payments received after Monday: Payments received on Tuesday: $20.00 Payments received on Wednesday: $30.00 Payments received on Thursday: $40.00 Failure to pay your complete balance by Friday can result in an interruption in your childcare services.
Late Arrival
A late fee of $1.00 per minute will be charged for every minute that a child remains at the center after 6:30 p.m. When a child is picked up late the adult picking up the child will be required to sign a form stating the time of pickup. Payment will be due the following Monday along with the child's tuition payment. Failure to pay late pickup charges or frequent late pickups may result in dismissal from ILC.
Return Check Fee
A fee of $35.00 plus any bank charges will be charged for any returned check. Cash or money orders will be required as payment for a returned check and for all future tuition and fee payments.
Activity/Supply Fee
An activity and supply fee is required at the beginning of your child's registration and again at the beginning of every school year on the first of every September term. This applies to all children ages one and up, Full and Part-time. This fee is non-refundable. The school year activity fee covers materials, gifts for holidays, some extracurricular activities and special event resources: School year activity Fee: $80.00 for children ages one, two and 6 and up, $125 for ages 3, $160 for children age 4, $180 for children age 5. Children ages 3, 4, and 5 have included in their activity fee their set of curriculum books needed to participate in our phonics program. There is a summer activity fee, which includes all their fun summer programs. The summer activity fee is due in May and is for the summer months of June, July and August.
